Description
Some Z axis improvements I cooked up for my 3DLS
The lower mounts have a 5th screw hole on the side to help stabilize the flex in the uprights of the extrusions. I eliminated the bearings and made the top mounts just hold the Z screw in the plastic. I would add some silicone grease in there but that's it!
I print it all in PLA 20% infill with 6 walls. It's really up to you!
