Description

This is the H3D Creations Power Rangers Wall Mount Helmet Stand

What's Included?:

-Wall Mount Base
-Angle Bracket
-Topper Angle Bracket
-Power Rangers Inlay
-Power Rangers Faceplate

(common H3D Stand parts)
-Curved Topper
-Flat Topper
-174mm long Pole
-120mm long Pole
-75mm long pole

Assembly Instructions:
-The Base includes 2 holes for mounting the Base to a wall using 1-2 sheetrock screws. Install the base as securely as possible so your helmet does not fall. Its best to screw into wall studs when installing
-The Faceplate can be installed before being mounted to the wall or after
-Once the Base is mounted onto the wall, the inlay can be installed over the cylinder extrusion at the center of the base
-After Installing the inlay, the Angle Bracket can be installed. The Angle Bracket installs at a 5 degree angle into the base so that when weight is applied it cannot slide straight out.
-After the Angle Bracket is installed, you can install the necessary Poles need to mount your helmet. Using 1x 174mm Pole and 1x 75mm Pole is recommended to start. Total pole length may vary depending on your helmet.
-After your poles are installed the Topper Angle Bracket can be added to the last pole. This bracket is to allow the topper to be perpendicular to the wall you are mounting to so your helmet sits up straight.
-Lastly add either the Flat or Curved Topper to the Topper Angle Bracket.
-ADD YOUR HELMET !

TIPS:

  • Print the Angle Bracket with the Cross face flat on the build plate. No Supports should be needed. Use 5-7mm Brims. Some light sanding/filing may be need on the Cross before installing.
  • If using Bambu or Orca slicer you can add a cylindrical modifiers that have 100% infill to the stand base where the screw holes and where the angle bracket attaches to. This will reinforced those higher stress areas.
  • It is recommended to do the faceplates and inlays in two different colors, utilizing your filament swap function on your 3d printer. The base being one color and the design being another. Nameplates and inlays are removable for easy face up printing for the best detail
