Simple, yet effective loom for creating beaded bracelets, bands or small pictures.
The groves on top separate the strings evenly so you can place a line of 2mm beads on it.
PETG is tested and works very well.

Additionally needed parts:

  • 1x Threaded rod M5x60mm
  • 1x Hexagonal head bolt M4x10mm, slightly longer is also ok.

  • 3x M5 Wing nut
  • 1x M4 Wing nut
  • 3x M5 Washer
  • 1x M4 Washer

Assembly:

  1. Insert the M5x10mm bolt into the spanner and fix it with a washer and a wing nut
  2. Position the spanner in the loom
  3. Drive the M5 threaded rod throught the base and spanner
  4. Use one wing nut on each side to fix the spanner
  5. Insert the M5x10mm bolt into the base, add a washer and a wing nut
  6. You're good to go

Usage:

  1. Fix one end of the strings to the base (or span over the middle of longer strings
  2. guide the strings to the other side, separating them with the grooves on top.
  3. Fix the other end of the strings to the spanner
  4. Span the strings and don't overdo it, the loom will bend before the strings snatch.
