Creality CR-10S Bondtech BMG Extended Arm Sensor Mount

Remodelled official Bondtech BMG Creality CR-10S mount.

The issue with the standard mount is that when the end of the filament passes the sensor, it is difficult to remove the piece of filament still in the bowden tube without a lot of messing about. The extended sensor arm allows easy access to the end of the filament after it has passed the sensor switch.
It also stops the BondTech destroying the switch when using it to unload the filament.

Grab the end of the filament from the gap between the sensor and the extruder and unload by your preferred method. Much easier.

I also removed the need for supports under the sensor block during printing and increased the clearance in the filament path for the sensor switch, as the latter's lever arm can foul on the top of the chamber..
