Customizable One-piece Watch Band

A one-piece watch band that simplifies the watch. It works with most traditional pin connector watches. The continuous strap printed with flexible filament provides more comfort than universal watch bands. The custom size fits the wrist perfectly and it is still easy to put on and take off with hand.

Installation steps:

1. Measure the total length of your watch band in regular wear position. You may do so by removing the previous watch band first with a tool.
2. Measure the length and diameter of previous spring bar inside the band. If the watch band has a setback at the bar, ignore the band width. Purchase suitable quick release spring bars.
3. After receiving the spring bars, verify the position of peg. Put all measurements in the customizer or scad file. Generate stl file.
4. Print the stl with flexible filament.
5. Put the spring bar in the printed band and push the pegged bar inside the window opening with a tiny screw driver.
6. Install the end of band without window on the outside to the top socket of the watch.
7. Wrap the watch around the wrist and put on the other end. It may seem a bit tricky to put it on the first time, but once you get used to it, it's really convenient.

Recommended band thickness according to shore hardness of filament:

• <90A: 2mm
• 95A: 1.6mm
• 98A: 1.2mm

Material required:

• Flexible or semi-flex filament
• 2 x quick release spring bar at the size for your watch
• Watch band pin remover or similar tool
