Digital Angle Block Holder For Tube Bending and Notching

This file set is designed to hold a San Liang Digital Angle Finder. It holds it perpendicular to the pipe it is attached to in order to accurately display rotational angle as the pipe is handled and introduced to different notcher cut angles and pipe bending operations.

The idea is to take a pipe that does not have any cuts yet, and thus no set clock angles yet, attach this device firmly, and then zero the device before the first operation is performed on the pipe. I find this especially useful for then indexing the pipe 180 degrees for a secondary cut.

Included in this file pack is a version for 1.75in and 1.625in tubing, which fits most mild steel roll cage tubing options.

Additional versions of this tool for other OD sizes can be created upon request for the same listed price as this.

Instructions on how to assemble this are included, but is very straight forward, needing only two tapped M3 holes and two M3 screws.

My own version I use I had glued my angle finder to the collar, but this version supplied can also allow for zip-ties to anchor the gauge down, instead of fully committing to the setup like I have.
