1st is 50mm diameter and 8mm high with 40 teeth.
the 2nd is 25mm in diameter and 8mm in height with 20 teeth.
the center hole of the two is 4.8mm in diameter.

In case you didn't know:
In Cura, when you change the diameter of one of the gears, copy the percentage dimension and put it in the percentage space of the next gear, so you can have it at the size that is required.
