Print multiple wedges and use two at the same time for stability and increased separating force. The trapezoidal threads and the inclination of the wedge, an extreme leverage of up to 400 times is obtained! Thanks to the screw's design with the flat side, it can be printed lying horizontally, which means that the layers are in the longitudinal direction, making the screw very strong and able to withstand the twisting moments.

Lubricant / grease or Teflon spray must be applied to the threads of the screw and wedge before use to reduce friction and abrasion on the plastic. The denser the infill, the more durable the construction.
