Description

A cookie cutter that cuts and embosses a hexagonal cookie. The cookie is about 65 mm in diameter.

The dough should be rolled to ca. 4mm thickness for optimal embossing.

To release the dough from the cutter it helps to tab it with a spoon from the top.
