It's a CNC lathe, but if you don't like CNC you can omit all CNC items and use it manually

I was since ever fascinated from lathes, and many times I needed it; it's time to build one on my own...
I found an interesting one at Instructables, but I wanted something stronger and with variable speed (about 3000, 4000, 6000 and 8000 RPM).
Here's the result, I hope you like it...
