This is an adapter for the Midea Porta Split Universal Bracket for flat pitched roofs. The adapter enables installation on the frame of a Velux GGL roof window. It should fit if the universal bracket rests on the window frame and roof at an angle of approx. 27-28°, i.e. the adapter is at an angle of approx. 62° to the window sill (see photos). If necessary, the angle can be adjusted by positioning the bracket extension in the longest or second-longest position.

The adapter is slid onto the side of the bracket screwed onto the window frame or mounted with double-sided adhesive tape and can therefore be removed quickly when not in use. The universal holder is mounted on the adapter using the screws supplied. Two M6 nuts are inserted on the inside beforehand and fixed in place with Superglue, hot glue or UV resin adhesive.

I have printed the adapter with 4 outer walls, 1.6mm top and bottom layers and 15% gyroid infill in PETG as well as support - where necessary - and so far everything is holding. Feel free to use the 3MF project file with the above settings. Otherwise, the STEP files are also available in the download area for your modifications.

Das ist ein Adapter für die Midea Porta Split Universalhalterung, speziell für flach geneigte Dächer. Der Adapter ermöglicht die Montage am Rahmen eines Velux GGL-Dachfensters. Er sollte passen, wenn die Universalhalterung auf dem Fensterrahmen und Dach aufliegend einen Winkel von ca. 27-28° hat, d.h. der Adpater in einem Winkel von ca. 62° zum Fensterbrett steht (Vgl. Fotos). Ggf. lässt sich der Winkel über die Positionierung der Halterungsverlängerung in der längsten bzw. zweitlängsten Position justieren.

Der Adapter wird auf die auf dem Fensterrahmen verschraubte oder mit doppelseitigem Klebeband montierte Halterung seitlich aufgeschoben und kann so entsprechend bei Nichtnutzung schnell entfernt werden. Der Universalhalter wird mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben auf dem Adapter montiert. Dafür werden zuvor zwei M6 Muttern auf der Innenseite eingelegt und mit Superglue-, Heiß- oder UV-Resin-Kleber fixiert.

Ich habe den Adapter mit 4 Außenwänden, 1,6mm Top- und Bottom Schichten sowie 15% Gyroid-Infill in PETG gedruckt sowie Support - wo nötig - und bisher hält alles. Nutzt gern die 3MF-Projektdatei mit o.g. Einstellungen. Ansonsten liegen für eure Modifikationen auch die STEP-Dateien im Downloadbereich.

Falls ihr eine Alternative oder Abdeckungen für die potthässliche originale Befestigungsplatte von Midea sucht, habe ich die Lösung vielleicht hier.
