MiniRack 3U – 10” Printable Server Rack for Home Network

This compact Server Rack was fully designed in Fusion 360 and thoroughly tested in real-world conditions.
It’s built to neatly organize routers, mini PCs, media converters, and other networking devices — perfect for home labs or small office networks.

Fully tested and ready for practical use.
Two assembly versions:
Version with M3 or M4 bolts.
Version with 3D-printed connectors, requiring no metal fasteners.
Colored corner accents are printed directly using multi-color printing — they are part of the frame and not removable.
Optimized for FDM 3D printing, no supports required.
Strong frame design provides excellent rigidity and stability.
Designed for easy cable management and proper ventilation.
📏 Rack format and compatibility:
Follows the classic 10” rack standard.
The full-size version is 3U, allowing up to three devices to be installed.
A mini patch panel (available separately) fits 8 keystone modules.
Includes a custom version (shown in the photos) made specifically for UniFi Express and UniFi Flex Mini

Material: PLA / PETG / ABS
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 20–40%
Supports: Not required
For the bolted version – use M3 or M4 screws
