Description
This is a modular computer case designed to build a NAS, a server, or a standalone mini-ITX desktop computer. You can stack modules on top of each other, so there is no physical limit to the number of hard drives that you can handle.
The case is designed around one or several universal HDD mounting frames. Each pair of these mounting frames can host a maximum combination of:
This case does not accommodate GPUs or additional PCI boards.
To assemble the case, you must use M3 hex screws of various lengths and M3 brass inserts:

The HDD mounting frames can be mounted into a choice of three types of drive modules:
The motherboard module has side panels that are either full, vented, or with a hole for a 12V 5mm jack. The vented panels have screw holes to mount optional 40 mm fans.
You can stack multiple HDD mounting frames on top of each other.
Important: Add four M3 inserts into the holes on top of the pillars of each chassis module before assembly
#Top cover
The top cover is designed to fit to each of the modules. You can also fit some optional handles for transport
#Template module
I have attached the Fusion 360 source file for designing your own modules for this case. With this, you could include routers, custom PSU, a PCI extension rack, etc...
