Modular Work Cluster

This is a modular belt-mounted system designed for carrying small hand tools in a compact and flexible way.

The system is based on hexagonal modules that act as a platform for various tool holders. Each holder attaches to the hex modules, and the modules themselves are connected using printed bridges and standard 1.75 mm filament, forming a flexible structure.

You can freely arrange the modules in any order, add or remove elements, or use multiple identical holders (for example, several bit holders if one is not enough). The layout can be easily adapted to your workflow and tool set.

The model includes holders for:

Bits
Hex keys (Allen keys)
A spring-loaded universal holder (for screwdrivers or similar tools)
Small flush cutters
Marker or flashlight
Universal clip holder (for small wrenches or similar tools)

There are two versions of the hex base module:

One version with belt loop mounting holes
One version without belt loop mounting holes

All tool holders are compatible with both hex module versions.
The only difference between the hex modules is the presence or absence of belt loop mounting holes.

For best results, it is recommended to use short-length tools to minimize overlap between neighboring modules.

Included bit holders

The set includes 3 different bit holder models, each with a different hole diameter to ensure a tight fit depending on your bit brand.
Please choose the version that fits your bits best.

Each bit holder holds 5 bits.
Belt loop details
Belt loop opening: 50 mm width
Belt thickness: up to 2.5 mm
The loop is designed with flexibility in mind
Can be worn directly on a waistband, even without a belt

Spring holder (e.g. screwdriver):
Best suited for tools with a diameter of 6.5 mm – 10 mm
Marker holder:
Fits markers with a diameter of up to 12 mm
Hex key holder:
Holds 7 metric sizes:
1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm
Flush cutter holder:
Designed for small cutters commonly included with 3D printers

Upper and lower opening: ~12 × 40 mm
Narrow section: ~33 × 11 mm

Universal clip holder:
Two grooves, each 8.5 mm wide and 15 mm deep
