3D modeler: tinkercad.com
Laser cutter: Lightburn
3D slicer: Cura
Source: the original version is by Giovanni, on 3axis.co
Here's a new, more faithful version of my previous creation:
https://cults3d.com/en/mod%C3%A8le-3d/jeu/nieuport-17
It's to be 3D printed, but if you're lucky enough to also own a Laser cutter, the work will be greatly accelerated for large parts (fuselage, wings, tail, undercarriage, stand).
Please note: this version can't be built entirely using Laser cutting, as the engine block and fuselage top must be 3D printed!
Assembly:
I've attached a few photos of the assembly steps to make your job easier!
Use wood glue and plastic model glue.
The motor axle is an M3/20mm screw and nut.
The 2 landing gear legs that attach to the fuselage are angled to form a triangle.
You'll find images and plans of this aircraft in the "documentation.zip" file.
This model is 1/36th scale.
I've also published my model of the Wright Brothers Flyer:
