Repair kit headlight adjustment Hella 132656 VW Corrado BMW E39

Repair kit for headlight adjustment Hella 132656.

Please note: these are just the black caps in the picture, so you use your own threads etc.!
I have also added a .STL file of the adjuster knob.

Set fits for example the lights of a VW Corrado, but also some BMW models like the E39.
It is a plastic cap, you have to add a rubber O-ring in it and a steel M6 nut for the thread.

The caps are considerably stronger than original, I chose to modify the design slightly which improves the quality.

How to replace (see photo):

1. Remove handle (1) from original thread (2), do this carefully, it will be reused.
2. Unscrew thread (2) from cap (3).
3. Take O-ring (4) from the cap (3) and screw it onto the new cap.
4. Screw thread (2) into the new cap
5. Press handle (1) back onto thread.

Parts you have to add yourself:
-O ring (I used: O-ring-5x2 EPDM 70 Shore A)
-M6 nut
