Cold Smoke Adapter for PitBoss pellet grill

Adapter to convert a PitBoss vertical pellet grill to a cold smoker. This just fits in the normal slot where the pellets are burned when operating the smoker like normal. Just pull the original holder out and slide this one in.

This model has a ½OD inlet that I used to pipe in smoke from a venturi smoke generator. If you need a different size reach out and I can edit the model.

I would suggest adding a fan on the top of the smoker to pull smoke out so it doesn't get stale inside. I will add a design for the shroud and fan that I added to pull smoke out of mine eventually.
