ZipTies Buddy - Extension Spring Version

This version is not my favourite but was made to complete the set.  The best version is the Torsion Spring version which can be found here.

This is an update version from my original design.  This version incorporates an extension spring and fasteners for a longer lasting device.  It is also smaller and prints in under 50mins!

Organizer and dispense zipties with ease with the ZipTie Buddy.  My design based on the popular device found on aliexpress.  Why buy it when you can print it!

Can hold up to 50 regular zipties down to just 1.  Works with smaller and larger zipties as well.  Automatic tension adjustment & a handy carabiner loop to hang it on your belt.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Print all pieces and remove the supports
   1. 3 supports on the bottom piece
   2. 1 tiny support on the top piece
2. Press in 3 nuts to the underside of the bottom piece (they are tight on purpose to hold them in place
3. Attach the spring to the lever arm using the M3x5 bolt.  Make sure the spring's loop is at the top again the bolt's head
   1. M3x4 is better but not available from Bambu, you can sand or file down the bolt if needed
4. Thread the right bolt most of the way into the top piece before slidding the other side on the spring on and threading the bolt into the lower piece
5. Place the left bolt through the top piece and through the lever arm before securing all the way down
6. Complete your ZipTie Buddy with the final bolt.  If the lever arm does not move freely, loosen each bolt a ½ turn
