This here is the control horn I use for all of my RC models! I print in ASA for better layer adhesion, but PLA or PETG will work too. So far, these little guys have held up great! There are troughs on the bottom surface for better glue adhesion. They print fine without supports.
The generous fillets prevent the arm from snapping off its base.
The holes fit 1.19mm wire just fine. Snug, but not too much.
