Romantic Heart Shaped Ring Pillow Knitted Weave

By default the ring is size 6. You can print the test ring to get the exact sizing for your real life ring or modify the .blend file directly.

 

Check out the adorable patterned ring pilow! Damn it, I wish I was married so I could give this one to the missus Oh well, all you guys will have to do it in my stead! Had this idea while throwing around cute valenteins day print ideas. This one was just too good to pass up. It might have been done before, but With this one comes CUSTOMIZATION. I added the blend file to the uploads so you can tweak and customize your print so it fits PERFECTLY. Or as perfect as your sanity will allow haha.

 

Defintly print this model standing up at about 60 degree angle for good edge density on the top and very little support.

Modifcation Guide

Ok so, in the .blend file, you will see a few things. In the middle will be the heart with the torus deformer, then some ring references. Before you start going ham and moving things around you will want to go into the modifiers, lower the subdivisions and also disable the deform modifier.

 

These are the buttons to click. they are under the blue wrench tab when selecting heart 

 

Then your computer won't scream at you for moving around the "squisher". That's pretty much it. Just be warned that you will have to repair some nonmanifold edges or whatever in Bambu lab. The errors come from the flat bottom boolean. Nothing crazy, just do that and whaboom, done. Enjoy!!!
