Kotu the Kakamora from Moana 2 - real coconut!

I recommend using a real coconut, but there is a printable version if you would prefer that! There are also a few printable faces if you don't want to bother with cutting out and reattaching the face plate.

Anything non structural can be attached with hot glue or super glue, though printed ball joints are recommended for the limbs. One small pilot hole and screw can be used to attach the ball joints to the main coconut body.

Every printer is different and so are their tolerances. You may need to scale the ball joints up or down a couple percent in the slicer. See what works best for you. The limbs should snap in place with little force and hold themselves in place with friction.

All coconuts are different, so feel free to use light heat to shape any parts that need a more precise fit (also shown in the YouTube video).

Supports are recommended. I also recommend printing the ball joints on their side. The support material is worth the strength along the weak points due to layer lines.

Anything labeled "Kakamora" can be used for all base iterations and combinations that you can come up with. Anything labeled "Kotu" is specific to him. Arm variations are labeled "L" and "R" for Left and Right.

Print 4 copies of Kakamora_Ball_Joint, one for each arm and leg. Print 5 copies of the Kotu_Shark_Tooth file for a complete necklace. You can choose to scale down the size of the outer teeth for a more realistic tapered look. Print 2 copies of Kotu_Accent for the connecting pieces between the mask and face.
