A1 Toolbox

 

This toolbox design is based on one of my favourite systainer systems, easy lock mechanism and looks, but completely designed from scratch. In this box will fit all the accessories which comes with A1 printer, 3 spare nozzles and socks and some other bits.

 

PRINTING!

Box prints on one plate, there are supports and modifiers already in place, for best results use my print profile!

Second plate are insert and two lids for box top part.

 

Printing Lock!

Lock is on separate print profile as it is printed in higher quality.

From my testing matte filament performed very bad so avoid using matte filament for lock. Easy breaks when installing lock.

Generic PLA, PLA-CF and ABS-GF worked fine, if you can, use ABS for lock.

 

Installing lids on top part of the box:

Put one corner in the hole and then slide other corner in.
