Trimmable Bonsai Tree

This is a trimmable bonsai tree that can be trimmed using the “classic” 3D-print flush cutters or any other type of plastic cutter.

 

The concept of a 3D-printed trimmable bonsai tree originally came from this Printables model (go check it out!): https://www.printables.com/model/343738-trimmable-bonsai

I wanted to change the tree model (along with a few other things) in that model so I used this Printables model for the tree: https://www.printables.com/model/126352-dead-tree-supportless-tabletop-terrain

 

My remix contains the above-linked tree model (scaled down) along with a tree pot/base that I created with a mating pin/hole setup. What is shown in the pictures is 7% gyroid infill for the foliage but different infill types and percentages could be used.

 

I also included a funny card that could go along with the bonsai tree if giving it as a gift to someone else!
