Ring Doorbell Mount With Hood

I made this mount to be able to attach to my aluminum siding while retaining the original screws.  The model most likely won't fit other siding but I made a flat mount as well for anyone interested.  This mount mirrors the exact hole sizes of the original mount plate and also allows the original plate to fit flush with this one for a cleaner looking install.  The hood allows some shading and extra protection from weather, but is slightly visible towards the top when looking through the camera.  I included a picture showing this as well.   Printed in black PETG-HF but can be printed in other materials.  

 

• If attempting to use this for your siding use bambu studio to cut into pieces and print a 2mm profile to make sure this fits before printing the whole model. 
• I lowered the layer size for smoother corners but can be printed at normal height for reduced time with minimal quality differences. 
• If you decide to print this in another slicer just make sure you resize the the model by .25% due to shrinkage of material.
