Trash Bag Holder

It's a Trash Bag Holder!

I tried a few, but they didn't quite do what I wanted. Some were too short, some were huge, most had a slot that was way too big so when you get to the last few bags they all fall out instead of just 1.

Big Update, I had some time to work on it this week, so I made a few modifications. The basic geometry is unchanged, but the big difference is a recessed snap ring inside the cylinder and a variety of snap in lids. 

And also a larger size for bigger trash bags. 

The new snap in lids hold strong enough to be placed upside down, if you prefer. I tested a variety of snap ring sizes, I'll upload the profile for all of them in case you want to try a different one. The one that snaps the full circumference of the lid holds the strongest! Although, my favorite is the one with a thumb ramp on the front, and snap in surfaces on the sides. 

I printed all these green ones in PETG HF, they turned out great, and are more flexible than PLA. I did one in PLA also, it's slightly snappier, if anything an even more secure hold on the lid. I imagine most filaments will work fine. 

Small Size:

• .25" Exit Slot for the bags
• 7 In. Overall Height
• 2.5 in. Inside Diameter
• 3 in. (75mm) and 100mm mounting holes
• Also added a wide flat area to the back in case doublestick tape is your weapon of choice. 

Large Size:

• The Same .25" Exit Slot
• 9-3/8" Overall Height
• 3.5 in. Inside Diameter
• 3 in, (75mm) 100mm and 150mm (The hole spacing for shelves on my ikea cabinet is 50mm, so these always line up with a premade hole)
• The Same wide flat area on the back for the trusty doublestick tape
