Parametric design settings:

You can modify box dimensions according to your needs.

Top Height → Is the depth of Top part

Bottom Height → Is the depth of bottom part +2mm (if you set 60mm you will get 62mm depth)

Lenght → Is lenght inside box -4mm (if you set 180mm you will get 176 mm inside)

Width → is width of inside box -4 (if you set 120mm you will get 116 mm inside)

 

How to print it ?

Materials:

• TOP / BOTTOM → PLA|PETG|ABS etc (excluding TPU)
• Closing things → if possible carbon reinforced is recommended if not use PLA|PETG|ABS 
• Seal → TPU (if you don't have TPU don't print it out of other material)

Model doesn't require any supports and everything should be snug fit.

How to set it up ?

To put everything together you will need 6x M3x20 screws and all the 3D printed parts (seal is optional)
