UPDATED!! notes at bottom
after printing the standard scraper preloaded on the X1C I quickly realized 2 things.
so after scouring through a TON of scrapers I sat down and combined the hexagon pattern (honestly it just looks good) with the Bambu lab logo and corrected the size. the fit is INCREDABILY snug to begin with so you have the option to keep them or use the version without. the one thing I cant fix is the height of the scraper. if I go much higher it wont go on as the glass blocks installing.
by all means if you would like to edit this (maybe add some finger grooves? or perhaps a custom handle to replace the stock one?) be my guest.
**FAQ**
as the question was asked quite often, this design is a tight fit and is meant to slot between the handle and glass on the right side. as such the door will have to be opened, just barely, to rotate it onto the handle. this also assists to make sure the scraper does not just fall off or flop around. also as stated it is a TIGHT FIT the first time you put it on it likely won't slice easily. you may need to put it on 2-3 times or wiggle it back and forth before it is completely smooth to put on and off the door.
NEW: after rounding the side by the glass and cutting out a groove on the rounded side this now has less then 1mm of room to slide around and less then 0.2 mm or room to twist on to the door! this is about as tight as it can get without rounding the handle itself. printing with supports WILL make a super miniscule support that is really not needed.
By popular demand I've also added profiles for PA6-CF/GF and nylon the model is 2 color also using abs (you can make it one color as well since multi-material is not very strong). PLEASE REMEMBER CF/GF and nylon are abrasive materials and may rub your door handle over time! with testing I've noticed there is slight blobbing on the sides in a few areas using PA6-GF for reasons I can't determine. it is a slower print as warping is kind of an issue for these materials at higher speeds. sanding the bottom after printed is recommended.
