These models of high-detail metric screws with a 3mm diameter are available in various lengths of 10, 12, 18, and 20mm. These screws are very common and are also used to assemble Original Prusa Printers! Warning: Do NOT use these screws in your final builds. These are just mockups to test your threads and for you to know where your screws go in you CAD models by using the .stp files
