Christmas Tree Kit Card REDUX

Well, better late than never eh? I'm sure there are those of you out there still in need for some rapid gifts! Or there's always next year…!

This is an overhaul of my older Christmas Tree Kit Card from 2 years prior, which I have observed to be a little less than clear in its assembly, and the final result in much need for some colour!

• The pegs have been replaced with tabs, angled to only allow assembly in the correct orientation, and leave a flush finish.
• Star piece can only be inserted into its correct outer piece.
• 12 circular holes added so decorations can be added from secondary sprue.
• Parts fit together better.
• Cleaned up the mesh somewhat.

Included is a Frameless variant for those uninterested in the sprue card format (refer to photos for assembly help).

If the fit is too tight, I suggest setting outer walls to print first in your slicer.
You can make it EVEN TIGHTER by increasing the Z-scale by 15%.

Print at 0.2mm layer height, there really is no benefit from printing at a higher resolution and it could affect the fit.
