These profiles have been specifically designed and optimized for an extrusion width of 0.45 mm to ensure accurate printing and structural integrity.
To extend the length of the pieces, simply adjust the object's height in your slicer settings before printing.
To extend the length of the UltraLight pieces I suggest stacking multiple pieces in your slicer. Here’s how you can do it properly:
- Clone the piece: Duplicate the model as many times as needed.
- Center all pieces: Ensure all the duplicates are centered on the same position in the slicer.
- Merge the models: Select all the duplicated pieces and merge them into a single object.
- Adjust vertical position: Open the object list on the left, select each piece one by one, and adjust its position by increasing the Z-coordinate. For example, set the first piece at 0 mm, the second at 20 mm, the third at 40 mm, and so on, depending on the height of your pieces.
- Perform a boolean union: Once all pieces are correctly positioned, select them all and perform a boolean union to combine them into a single solid object.
