TS100 / TS101 Gridfinity Soldering Station

I made this 95mm tall Gridfinity TS101 soldering station to fit inside my “go boxes” (Ozito / Einhell CNCT-S cases)

This case prints in two pieces (with a shitload of supports, sorrynotsorry) so you can re-design the battery connector to make it work with any 18v tool brand!

Inside is a power supply buck boost module powered from the battery, and another wire running to a plug that plugs into the soldering iron (harvested from an old power supply)

There is also storage on top for the aligator leads and a bundle of solder :) I wish I could have made more space and fit a small container of flux - but it was already getting too big!
