Description
This a Track Saw thin rip jig. The ruler should be flush with the back of the jig when it is up against the blade. This should be adjusted before printing or cut after if it is too long. The measurement of the rip cut should be taken from the back of the jig.
The threaded hole will take a standard metal M10 bolt or you can print the plastic one.
The ruler will probably print better with a .2mm nozzle. It is perfectly readable with a .4mm nozzle but found there is a little colour bleed.
X-Y Hole Compensation needs to be 0.5 or the bolt will be too tight
Support - Tree(Manual). Style - Snug to minimise support touching the threads
Recommend printing the Support/Raft interface in PETG if printing the jig in PLA or vice versa to make removing the supports easier.
