This is the perfect 3D-printable Apple Airtag case designed for everyday use. The two-part snap-in housing securely holds your Airtag with a satisfying click — no glue or screws required.

This case lets you protect and attach your Airtag to keys, bags, luggage or equipment with a reliable snap-fit design. It’s a practical upgrade to available options — fully 3D-printed and customizable.

• Snap-in design: Just insert your AirTag and snap the parts together — it stays secure and won’t fall out during normal use. 
• Lanyard-ready: Includes an integrated loop so you can add a lanyard or cord (approx. 30 cm of 2 mm nylon recommended). 
• Easy battery access: Change the AirTag battery without removing it from the case — simply open the AirTag’s metal cover. 
• Original design: Clean, minimal look that complements the AirTag’s form factor and functionality.

Recommended print settings

Keyring

• Use the satin powder-coatrd steel sheet if available (but it works with any steel sheet as well)
• Layer height: 0.2
• Perimeters: 10
• Solid layers top/bottom: 4
• Seam position: aligned (best result if you use paint on seams at the top of the keyring)
• Infill density: 100%
• Fill pattern: Concentric
• Top/bottom fill pattern: Concentric

Lanyard cap

• Use the satin powder-coatrd steel sheet if available (but it works with any steel sheet as well)
• Layer height: 0.2
• Perimeters: 5
• Solid layers top/bottom: 4
• Seam position: random
• Infill density: 100%
• Fill pattern: Concentric
• Top/bottom fill pattern: Concentric

I used Prusament PLA Galaxy Black to print this model - It works great for this model.
