 All components are designed for ease of printing and assembly, with no supports required under most circumstances. Follow these recommendations for the best results:

General Print Settings

• Material: PLA (recommended for its ease of use and durability)
• Layer Height:
  • Standard parts: 0.2 mm
  • Ramps: Variable layer height is recommended for smoother gradients.
• Supports:
  • Not required for any part unless you choose to print ramp sections as individual pieces without assembly.
• Infill: 15–20% is sufficient for strength while keeping filament usage low.
• Print Bed Adhesion: Use a brim or skirt if necessary, especially for longer track pieces, to prevent warping.

Part-Specific Recommendations

1. Straight Tracks & Curves

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Supports: None needed.
• Orientation: Lay flat on the print bed for optimal surface finish and strength.
• Notes: Ensure good bed adhesion, as these parts tend to be longer.

2. Ramps (driveway up and down)

• Layer Height: Variable layer height is recommended to achieve smooth transitions along the gradient. For example:
  • Base layers: 0.2 mm
  • Gradient sections: Gradually decrease to 0.1 mm for smoother slopes.
• Supports: Not required if ramps are printed as assembled pieces. If printing ramp sections individually, supports may be needed depending on the design.
• Orientation: Print ramps flat on their base for maximum stabiliy

3. Track Storage Holder

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Supports: None needed.
• Orientation: Print flat on its largest surface.
