 ** UPDATE **

There are three versions I have uploaded:

  • 12oz can holder
  • 16oz can holder
  • 12oz tall can sleeve for EITHER holder

I have received a few requests to loosen the tolerances, so I will be doing that today then re-uploading.

** FOR ASSEMBLY **

  • Remove from the hotbed very carefully, as any torsion can cause joints to split.
  • For pressing the outer gimbal mount to the base, use a flat object you can apply pressure on from both sides. I use the side of a butter knife.
  • When assembling the gimbal, it helps to do the mid section first, then the inner holder last.

Thank you everyone for the support, downloads, and boosts. I appreciate you all!

My car's cupholders have a slight tilt, which means that when I open a can, take a sip or two, and set it down, a sharp turn can cause the liquid to spill. I wanted to create something that applied to a variety of applications and even rougher situations-- your car, kayak, ATV, or stroller. It fit's standard size cup holders so use where you wish.

This one was made for 12 oz cans, and I am in the process of working on a 16 oz can version, so stay tuned. Please print in PETG for thermal resistance and rigidity. In my testing, PLA was not sufficient for this model. Please be careful removing the supports as any torsion could split joints. If this happens to you, some super glue will fix it.

If you have any ideas for improvements or ways to make this better, I'd love to hear your feedback!

Thanks for reading, downloading, and happy printing!
