Summary

Started as remix of the original design but basically redraw the entire part.
The original design was too weak and had some flaws, so i made some changes:

  • beefed everything up and simplified the design.
  • placed the stepper to the lowest possible position.
  • removed the long holes as they are not required, normal holes give more grip to the screws.
  • tightened tolerances.
  • fixed some off measurements
  • Filament sensor can be mounted with no spacer required.
  • the lower PTFE Mount is not required, its strong enough to hold position this way,
Cut the Tube in half and put in the lower PTFE directly into the Hotend, this way it is much easier to dis/assemble it.
