Dummy 13 lightsaber

Lightsaber for the dummy 13 | Length : 8 cm

I designed two lighsabers : 

• One handed type : with a lot of details, and a handle with just the width of one hand (My personnal favorite one)
• Two handed type : with less detail but a handle with the width of two hands (white lightsaber on the pictures and “2H” print profile)

I printed the lightsaber with a sequence “by object”, PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.08 mm layer on the A1 mini. The 0.08 mm allow me to have all the details, and precise connectors. For the blade, I added 2 layers of raft and manual tree support for the smaller part that goes in the handle. (Because i don't have AMS, I made two plate to separate the blade from the handle and have different colors :) )

The first time you connect all pieces, it will be a little bit tight. However, because I printed everything in PLA, the next time you connect them it will be easier. So, I recommend to connect the pieces gently and slowly the first time, with small in and out mouvement so you don't stuck the parts. (You can also sand just a micron of the connector to help the process)
