Airsoft Shutgun Suppressor (Quark M Tracer holder)

This is a fairly simple suppressor designed to hold an Acetech Quark M tracer module and clamp onto the barrel of an airsoft shotgun. You can of course use it without the tracer, and the design is parametric so you can adjust the length and diameter.

It uses a constricting compression fit that tightens as you screw them body onto the clamp piece, I suggest you use a filament with a little bit of flexibility such as PLA-plus or PETG, and I print at 0.12mm layer height to get the threads fine enough to work.

Assembly is simple, slide the tracer unit into the top of the body, screw on the top cap (counter clockwise), slip the clamp over the end of the barrel and screw the body assembly onto the clamp as far as it will go, the clamp should tighten as it is screwed on holding the suppressor firmly.
