PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!!!

Version 3 of my fully 3d printed duck call that performs just as good as the others! Main body can be printed at .2mm using PLA with 30% infill. I recommend printing the reeds at .1mm because they are so thin. This variant is very similar to the other 2 on the internals, but the outside design is quite a bit different. This call feels very nice in the hands and quite comfortable on the lips!

IMPORTANT:
I have attached two variants for the wedge to this upload. The thicker of the two is meant to be printed using TPU, as that is a flexible material which will give you the best sounding results. There is also a thinner, shaved down option which will allow you to print using a hard material like PLA. It should give you a near perfect fit, and resolve the issue in the V2 design where the tone board support was snapping off.

 

I've done quite a bit of tinkering with the reed design and I have attached a few of the best sounding variant to this post for you guys to try out! The tone, volume, and raspiness of the call will be different with each of the reeds. Personally for me, the one on the far left has been working out best in my calls. You can also just throw an actual duck call reed and cork in there if you want to.

 

There are many different styles of calls, and they can be modified to meet most needs/wants. I can model different top pieces by request! I will continue to attempt to improve this model and upload new models in the future!
