The print plate comes with four items on it:

a set of four wheels, a main frame, a trailer box & a subframe for boat transport.
Decide which trailer you want and build it as you like.
(You can only build 1 trailer with this set)
The cargo trailer is road legal: lights and mudguards/fenders.
The boat trailer is for harbour use only ;-)

I have made a suitable 20ft dinghy / RIB / rubber boat that fits nicely on the carrier blocks of the boat subframe.
