Portable Monitor Stand adjustable

This continuously adjustable stand was designed especially for portable monitors. With many portable monitors, the angle of adjustment can only be changed to a very limited extent due to the existing cover (no stand).
With this model, however, monitors (thickness up to max. 12.6mm) can be continuously adjusted to more than 90°, whereby no additional parts are required for the model.

 

Handeling:

If required, the monitor can also be attached directly to the stand using two M4 screws. However, it can also be used without mounting.

The screw on the right-hand side can be used to increase the resistance with which the angle can be adjusted. A complete locking mechanism is not provided so that the angle can still be adjusted as required.

 

Printing notes:

• I recommend a durable material such as PET-G
• The orientation on the printing plate should be as in the 3D file. The axis in particular must be printed horizontally so that it has a greater axial load strength. The wall thickness (perimeter) should also be increased to approx. 4-5mm.

Assembly notes:

• Before assembly, the parts may need to be cleaned of residue and reworked if necessary. The thread of the axle in particular must be free of residue so that it rotates smoothly in the counterpart.
• The assembly should be self-explanatory, otherwise there is a short instruction video below.
• The screw should be tightened as firmly as possible at the end so that the angle cannot move by itself.
