The tolerances can be tight with these. I recommend pushing the top on fist and then pushing it in the base. The keyboard switch I have linked is the one I used. They are standard and feel free to try which you think is best. I recommend getting one without a housing around the cross, due to possible tolerance issues. It should work with the housing but easier if  I say get it without that.
