A1 Top Ring Swinging PTFE

This model solves the issue of PTFE catching on the printer's vertical frame in my AMS setup with the standard PTFE length. When the AMS is positioned behind the printer (top photo included), PTFE catching can lead to tube breakage, AMS falling, or instability during printing in certain positions.

 

After installation, it is essential to ensure that there are no collisions, parts getting caught, or excessive tension during the normal movement of the print head. Manually move the print head to the limits of both the X and Z axes to check for any issues.
