Assembly is the same as v1 just with the added expose lever inside
no more screw tightening restrictions
two step open/expose
As a side note because i got asked a lot about the assembly process "this was my first selling project so i wanted it to be rugged, not easily deformable under heat or cold - because thats the climate here - and parts could easily and cheaply be changed under warranty if anything broke
This is the first 3d printed project i ever sold - been also daily driving this for about a year without any issues
It started with a client asking me to make him a business card holder but he ended up using it as a wallet - and thats how it was born
The middle, clip and slider are made from PETG for obvious reasons (its been siting in my car and pocket in temperatures from -15 to 40 celsius - the photos are made on publishing day - so that is how it held untill now)
there is also an NFC tag in it
the part with the clip comes without branding
i sell this to people for 50euros with a one year vcard subscription on my server so if you want a personalized vcard that you can edit any time you want there is also a video on my youtube that shows how you program the nfc tag and how it looks on your phone - for 20euro/year if you want i can give you that - but there are plenty of sites on the web if you want to do it yourself - no strings attached and as a bonus i will put on the back whatever you want, and is doable of course - name/logo
the screws on the side with the slider should be tightened only as much as free and fluid movement is obtained
