The closure buttons as an attachment or as a complete version for replacement

 

The push-on button is simply placed on the original fasteners and fixed in place with some double-sided adhesive tape if necessary.

 

The center button for opening the lid is replaced one-to-one. The 2 screws and rubber rings are removed and screwed back onto the lid with the newly printed button.

 

 

If a fastener has broken off, you will have to replace the entire lower case. The fasteners are not available as spare parts! The cost of the case is currently ~60$.

 

Fortunately, the closure can now be easily reprinted 😎

After dozens of attempts and readjusting the model, it is now stable enough and closes the lid perfectly again.

 

Printed in 2 parts to ensure the best possible quality of the coupling and the logo.

The 2 parts are then simply plugged together or fixed with a little glue.

 

I printed all parts in ABS. I suspect that it does not work in PLA due to the high load. However, I have not tested PETG and Co. The print profile has been perfected for Sunlu ABS (270°C nozzle, 100°C bed + print room preheat). Despite the well-adjusted filament, I put a large brim around the affected parts, which is very easy to remove.
