Description

Circuit Board Magnetic Fidgets are a fun toy for all ages. The raised circuit pathways give it a nice texture and grip while also stimulating the senses. The clicking of the magnets when moving to different positions is also satisfying! Hopefully it's also a good fidget for anyone with Sensory Symptoms. Create your own unique colors by simply picking two colors for your AMS! The profile is set up for Silk Green and Silk Gold, but I've printed multiple variations that all look unique! Recommend Silk or Metal shiny colors for the circuit pathways to get a real circuit board effect. If you have questions for specific silk colors used in above pics, just ask!

 

AMS not required! While this print is not set up for manual color change, you can do manual color change by changing to a different color at layer 16 which starts the circuit pathways.

 

Shoutout to @Prokanda for the his fidgets using Sunlu Translucent Green PLA. They look superb and are part of the profile pictures!

 

There are several profiles so far, each with 2 plates. Each fidget takes just over 30 minutes to print! Each profile is set up with 8x2mm and 6x2mm magnets. The first profile has a total of 16 magnets for each fidget, while the second profile is 12 magnets per fidget. While both the 8x2 and 6x2 work great, I recommend the x16 8x2mm as it is stronger and more satisfying. I can make more profiles with 10x2mm magnets or even magnets that are 3mm thick upon request. 

 

Edit: Per request, 6x3mm, 8x3mm, 5x3mm and 5x2mm magnets have been added. I will upload more upon request. Thanks!

 

Edit: Per request, a non-magnetic keychain has been added. I recommend the keychain with the alignment pins. It lets both sides have raised circuit pathways and looks better IMO. The alignment pins are set up so that the keychain holes will line up. Just press the pins in and use glue to keep it together. The other non-magnetic one has a smooth bottom with the pathways embedded in the print. See attached pics. The one in my hand with the keychain attached is the one with the pins. 

 

A pause has been implemented at the proper layer for adding magnets, with the fidgets placed at the front of plate for ease of installing. Make sure to place magnets with poles facing one direction on the left fidget, and the opposite direction on the right so the fidget doesn't repel! See below for how magnets should look before resuming print. They are press fit with fingers and hold firmly. There will be no interference with the nozzle as long as it is like the picture and is flush!
