Elegoo Saturn 3 ultra - Ventilator hose adapter

Hello friends!! Its my very first time making useful parts so bare with me and be kind pleaaaase.

This is my solution to not inhale fumes from my Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra!! 

As you can see I used a:

• 120mm powerfull fan from Amazon conected to the lid by:
• An adaptor  (120mm to 80mm)
• An adaptor to connect the hose to the ventilator (magnetic)
• An the head for the hose to connect bia magnets

The magnetic system is design by @RandomKhaos as you can see it linked BUT I adaptated everything to by used connected to the fan.

 

I also added a piece to the end of the hose to put a 120mm mesh filter there!!

Changes made:

• Now is 2% bigger to better fit the magnets
• I linked it to the fan, as you can see in the photos
• The hose head is longer and now has an indent to better attach it with a cable tie
• The mesh filter piece

Boost MeI worked a loooot on this T-T

List of materials:

• 120mm 24V 3A fan (mine is 2.4A)
• AC adaptor for 3A
• 4x M3 bolt + nut (for the lid)
• 8x M4 bolt + nut (for everything else)
• 12x 10x2mm magnets
• 2x cable ties
• Patience 

If you find difficult to fit the magnets, TIP: you can heat up the plastic with a lighter, put glue while is hot and put it in there!
