i did the same thing to jack skeleton, broke him into pieces so i could print him in multiple colors with no ams. since then ive gotten a ams but even with the ams sally needs more colors than what single ams can do but if u break her into pieces then u can print them in more colors. i did 7 total 4 for each part. i glue them together with superglue. the jack version i made has holes and pins to help line everything up but i didnt do this with sally, just lay the parts flat on a surface an make sure they are center to its opposing part an it will line up perfect. keep the parts flat on a surface is what make it easier to glue together. if anyone has problems with this let me know an ill go back an add the holes an pins so it will be like jacks model. my only concern with not adding the holes an pins to begin with is how well the glue will handle shearing forces cause from my experience thats where superglue fails but so far none of what ive printed an glued together have had any issue. the kids love them
