Sideways Air Vent Deflector

Horizontal Air Vent Deflector for redirecting heat and air sideways

Redirects forced hot air and central ac sideways instead of straight out. Attaches to the metal floor grate using six 8x2mm magnets (Makers Supply CA005). The magnet holes have a .25mm tolerance, so it may or may not be friction fit depending on how much shrinkage you experience.  I printed with PETG-HF and used a drop of CA glue for each magnet.

 

The vent cover is 256 x 126.16 mm  (approximately 10"x5" ) with an inside channel width of 89mm (approximately 3.5"); the metal registers in the photo measure 11.5" x 5.25"

 

I've added an additional profile for the A1 Mini which reduces the length of the cover to 180mm (approximately 7" long); the other dimensions are the same as the original.
