- Resilient Clamp Screws: Custom-threaded tightening screws designed specifically to handle high clamping pressure.
🖨️ Print info:
- Designed for FDM printing.
- Please check individual print profiles for specific orientation guidance.
- Crucial Strength Tip: The clamp screws must be printed horizontally (as configured in the profile) to ensure the layer lines run lengthwise, giving the threads maximum mechanical strength against shearing.
🎯 Recommended print settings:
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 2 walls / 15% infill for standard parts (4 walls highly recommended for the heavy-duty deeper versions)
- PLA or PETG (Matte Black or matching board colors look great)
